The contract, signed on November 1, 2025, covers extensive maintenance, repair, and change-management works across key refinery and chemical processing facilities in Mesaieed. The agreement will run for five years, concluding on October 31, 2030.Contract Scope and Technical Coverage The contractβs primary objective is to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services, including Management of Change (MOC) and Plant Change Requests (PCRs), for a wide range of plant assets, valves, and associated pipework.
