Through this tender, Kahramaa seeks to commission consultancy services from accredited and independent Customer Insight &; Market Research Consultants, to conduct yearly satisfaction surveys across our Customer &; Stakeholder base - across the 2022 to 2026 period. At Kahramaa, we value constructive feedback and consider it to be an objective and limitless source of potential improvement designs. The predominant focus of this survey program shall remain on the Customer dimension. Kahramaa-s Corporate Objectives and Excellence Dimensions lays absolute emphasis on our commitment towards Customer Excellence, and comprehensive customer focus lies at the heart of Kahramaa-s existence. Kahramaa strives to continually adopt the industry and global best practices across our customer management model. The engagement shall also provide for a dedicated &; discrete assessment module tailored for Kahramaa-s external stakeholders - limited to our Service Providers (external companies who have (or have had) contracts with Kahramaa, such as Suppliers, Contractors, Consultants etc.).
