Description:
The tender aims to contract with a specialized and qualified consulting office with extensive experience and high efficiency to prepare plans (designs) and obtain implementation licenses issued by the competent authorities to renovate and design spaces designated for customer service within a group of existing buildings in the Ministry of Municipality, by presenting a comprehensive vision of customer service areas in accordance with the highest standards. International standards and that the design must be of a distinctive character that reflects the nature of the Ministry's work, whether in the idea or the proposed colors, and that the designs must be integrated for all elements in each of the required headquarters, and prepare contractual documents to issue a tender to implement these works.
