The IT Service Desk has been equipped with the Unified Contact Center Express, which is easily accessible to all KAHRAMAA employees for reporting incidents, work orders, and IT solution requests. In line with its commitment to provide excellent services, KAHRAMAA is continuously seeking ways to enhance its communication infrastructure. As such, the organization is currently intending to augment the existing UCCX infrastructure with additional features. This move is aimed to further enhance the communication experience of KAHRAMAA employees, enabling them to work more efficiently and effectively.
