Scope of Work/Description : The scope includes services of a qualified CONTRACTOR to carry out site survey, demolition, fabrication, hydrotesting, sand blasting, painting, procurement, installation / construction, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning and com-missioning activities, documentation, supply of spares, related to two Statement of Requirement (SOR) and other Management of Change (MOC) jobs at QatarEnergy Refinery, Mesaieed, as listed below, during the planned 2026 Refinery Turn Around scheduled from April 2026 to January 2027.
