- The Conservation and Energy Efficiency (CN) department in KAHRAMAA is initiating this tender for implementing investment grade energy and water audit (as per Grade 3 of latest ASHRAE standards) for selected buildings in the State of Qatar. Other non-covered energy and environmental aspects will be audited as per LEED V.5. The investment grade audit is required for buildings of different categories of load demand and representing different sectors including governmental, commercial, industrial and residential in the given contract duration of 3 years. This tender includes: 1. Preparing a complete project plan. 2. preliminary data to prepare the audit. 3. Conducting an investment-grade audit. 4. Preparing the final audit report for each building, including results, guaranteed savings, renovation recommendations, and a feasibility study of the proposed renovation. 5. Preparing the final project report and necessary documentation.
