Description:
Scope of Work/Description : Modification and Improvement works to the existing occupied buildings at NGL Complex, Mesaieed on EPIC basis. The requirement is based on recommendations of MIC QRA 2015 and SQ Technical Note on Mitigation Measures for NGL Complex Occupied Buildings Major Scope of Work involves Conversion of Buildings Nos. 7 & 9 into a new NGL Laboratory. Installation of Toxic and Flammable Gas Detectors at all occupied buildings. Modification of the buldings HVAC systems to close the fresh air intakes on detection of gas. Upgrading the existing builidings to meet current building and safety codes and regulations and to meet safe haven standard. Preparing the requirements for demolition of buildings and abandoned portacabins by QatarEnergy at a later date.
