Scope of Work/Description : QatarEnergy is committed to meet the statutory requirements defined in the information security legislation issued by the State of Qatar. The Corporation is willing to implement safeguards against threats that jeopardize the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, while appropriately considering the existing risk to that information. QatarEnergy requires the provision of penetration testing services to enhance the security maturity of Information Technology infrastructure. Key objectives of the service include: a),,Unbiased assessment from an outsider's perspective; b),,Identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities in infrastructure and help address these; c),,Evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls; d),,Matures the cybersecurity program, specifically the detection and protection domains; e),,Minimize the possibility and cost of process or infrastructure downtime; f),,Increase awareness of cybersecurity risks and measures g),,Meet regulatory requirements; and h),,Preserve corporate image.
