Scope of Work/Description : PRO-ACTIVE ASSESSMENT OF ASSETS FOR OBSOLESCENCE AT QatarEnergy REFINERY, MESAIEED The objective of this CONTRACT is to conduct assessment of assets of Refinery for obsolescence (for upcoming 10 years) and develop mitigation plan as per QatarEnergy Refinery Operations Procedure for obsolescence management and as per IEC 62402 Obsolescence management latest edition. The Scope of Services and applicability of this Contract is limited to Production Critical and Safety Critical assets (as per Asset Criticality in SAP) for mechanical, electrical, instrument, control systems and telecom-related assets/equipment installed at QatarEnergy Refining Operations, Mesaieed. The total count of these assets are 3018 items.
