Description:
Scope of Work/Description : The Scope of Services involves provision of Facilities Management (FM) Hard Services, which includes operation and maintenance (both preventive and corrective) services related to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), Heat, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), civil, architectural and other specialist systems (viz. fire protection, solar heating, automatic waste collection, swimming pool, water treatment, medical gas, chiller management, Building Management Unit (BMU), ge nerator/transformer, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), security management system, audio visual system, medical gas and maintenance of lifts and escalators, etc.) on continuous/definite basis. The Scope of Services also involves provision for availing certain Services on call-off basis, which will be generally used for the repair/demolition works related to civil, architectural, landscape works, supply and installation of miscellaneous items such as ironmongeries, walls, floor tiles, sanitary fittings, light fittings, etc., which are damaged and/or worn out due to wear/tear/ageing), supply of necessary manpower, and rental of equipment/plants
