Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Office Space for Project Teams. Response Closing Date (Time) 11:59 pm on 24th December 2023 General Requirements: • The office space must cover approximately 3,230 sqm (±10%) • The office space must be either fully or semi furnished (preferable fully furnished as per NOC's standard requirements). • The office space must have official and valid approval from the government entities such as Qatar Civil Defence authorities, Municipalities and meet all relevant international safety, security, healthy occupancy & environment codes, and regulations. • The office space must be in a single location, in the West Bay business district of Doha and be in close proximity to NOC Tower. Office Space for Project teams to include, but not be limited to, the following: Facility management & maintenance services Water & sewerage management Emergency evacuation and disaster recovery Parking space {81-90 vehicles) Housekeeping services External landscaping Pest control Office assistants Mail services Safety Security Furniture and equipment (preferable) Furniture and equipment (preferable)
