- Tenders are invited for Provision of on-Site & off-Sue Technical Documentation & Drafting Services. TENDER BOND USD 494,025/- TENDER CLOSING DATE 15/07/2024 TENDER ISSUE PERIOD 13/06/2024 to 04/07/2024 Scope of Work: Contractor should have necessary office facilities; software licenses & hardware, qualified/experienced resources and minimum 5 years' experience with Oil & Gas Companies: 1. Comprehensive Technical Documentation Services which include: a) Executing facilities for these Services in Qatar b) Technical (Engineering and Vendor) Documentation scanning, verification, data enhancement and metadata preparation for upload into Company Asset Information Management System (AIMS) 2. Comprehensive Technical Drafting Services which include: a) Executing facilities available for these services in Qatar and/or high value center which is outside of Qatar. b) Local support office in Qatar. c) Updating and creating Smart Engineering databases i.e.. Smart P&IDs, Smart Instrumentation, Smart Electrical, Smart 3D models, PDS 3D models. New AutoCAD/MicroStation 2D drawings, updating old AutoCAD/ MicroStation 2D drawings.
