Scope of Work/Description : 1.,,QatarEnergy requires a qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out emergency and non-emergency Well Control and Intervention Equipment Services for Offshore and Onshore Wells, on a Call-off basis. The Contractor Contactor shall provide all labour, services, Contractor Personnel, supervision, equipment, tools and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of the emergency and non-emergency Well Control and Intervention Equipment Services. 2.,,The Scope of Services shall be performed in accordance with Appendix A and shall include but not limited to the provision of the following: A.,,Emergency Services Emergency Services are defined as an operation or work environment, where well control is lost and that there is a presence of toxic chemicals, hydrocarbons (oil and gasses) or fire.
