Description:
Scope of Work/Description : The scope shall include the provisions of supply all material, labor, services, supervision, testing devices, equipment, tools (including specialized tools/ equipment), consumables, software, licenses and each and every item and activity necessary for CONTRACTOR to carry out the demolition and removal of existing CMAC panel and performance of site survey, verifications, detailed engineering & design, supply, for replacement, installation, configuring, testing & commissioning, interface with DCS for the new protection relays and new monitoring and control units in the existing SS4001/ SS4002 and integration with existing cyber Security infrastructure, and start-up the Facilities, ready for operation at the completion, for Refinery, Mesaieed. The scope also includes new FO cable laying within SS4001/ SS4002 and between the substation SS 4002 to 2306K to interface DCS signal and cybersecurity. Facilities under this Tender shall include the installation of new GE IPCS panels, FO cables, new motor managers for low voltage motor phase fault CTs, CBCTs in LV MCC and other modifications to the existing facilities as required, communication and interface with DCS and cybersecurity architecture, and others required due to the result of the work.
