Description:
KAHRAMAA AWARENESS PARK Building has experienced several rain related incidents that led to persistent water leakage issues in multiple areas of the park-s structure, causing significant damage to the false ceiling. By integrating effective waterproofing measures, upgrading/removing the false ceilings, and applying modern construction techniques, we intend to safeguard the park against future damage, while maintaining its aesthetic and operational standards. Therefore, Kahramaa intends to extend an invitation for a highly qualified Contractors, who is highly classified in their profession and has executed Similar projects, to propose the best suited solution for all modification/ rectification Works to be conducted for KAHRAMAA AWARENESS PARK Building as per the scope of works. In the first stage tendering, the engaging Contractor shall conduct a comprehensive assessment of the building to provide effective false ceiling removal and primarily identify the sources and causes of the leakage and to propose effective remedial measures through their technical proposal
